Welcome to the Data Quality Metrics Knowledge Base. This page provides an overview of the data processing and feedback cycle at DRC. If you have any comments or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach us (EHR Ops team) at support@aou-ehr-ops.zendesk.com.
Results.html
Every time you make a new submission, you may expect to receive an automated email from Data Curation with an attachment named as results.html file, within hours of your submission. This file provides the initial feedback on your submission status, including:
- whether your files were successfully found, parsed, loaded
- any errors and warnings triggered in the pipeline
- any participant records with missing information
- non-unique table keys
- achilles heel errors
- preliminary feedback on drugs' and labs' mapping
EHR Ops Dashboard
In addition to the results.html, you can access your complete data quality feedback on the EHR Ops Dashboard by signing in via your pmi-ops account here. Please note that there will be a 24-hour lag before your most recent submission can be reflected on the dashboard. For example, if you make a submission on Monday (before midnight), your data quality feedback will be ready to view on Wednesday morning after 6am EST.
Once you are logged in, you can browse through all 5 tabs of the dashboard by clicking on the tab names at the top of page. Detailed explanation of the metrics and relevant definitions are available by hovering over the information buttons and metrics results themselves. Should you have any questions or comments, feel free to reach us by clicking on the contact email/icon on the top right of the 1st tab.
The full definitions and explanations of each metrics can be found under the EHR Ops Dashboard section.
In addition, should you wish to receive an automated update of the dashboard results in your inbox, you may subscribe to the dashboard by going to the top right corner of the page and hit "subscribe". This dashboard is also available for downloading, if you want to have a static version for a certain submission and share across your organization.
Data Quality Working Group
This is a monthly small working group where DRC and volunteered sites get together and discuss new data quality metrics, corresponding reasonable expectations/thresholds, and any feedback on existing metrics. The group meets on the last Wednesdays each month (Wednesdays afternoon, 2-3pm EST) via Zoom. If you are interested in participating, please let us know and we will be more than happy to have you.
