Overview
Location: To check Measurement mappings, particularly the three components (Basic Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Complete Blood Count) described in this article, please navigate to the Measurement Integration tab of the EHR Ops Dashboard.
The general physical measurement instructions can be found at this link and correspond to the Physical Measurement tab of the dashboard (ie. Height, Weight, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, etc.)
Motivation: The purpose of this section is to help sites check if they are submitting the appropriate measurements. This section will cover how to use the measurement integration tab to complete a high-level check if the appropriate concepts are being submitted for (1) Basic Metabolic Panel (2) Lipid Panel (3) Complete Blood Count.
Instructions:
- Navigate to the Measurement Integration Tab in the EHR Ops Dashboard.
- Find your organization under the column 'Site Name.'
- Click on the Lab Component Inclusion Rate button.

Please check to see if any of the following show up on the missing lab components list:
- For Basic Metabolic Panel:
- Calcium
- Creatinine
- Anion Gap (Electrolytes Panel)
- Carbon Dioxide (Electrolytes Panel)
- Chloride (Electrolytes Panel)
- Potassium (Electrolytes Panel)
- Sodium (Electrolytes Panel)
- Glucose
- Urea Nitrogen
- For Lipid Panel:
- Cholesterol
- Triglyceride (including post CFst)
- For Complete Blood Count:
- Erythrocyte
- Hemoglobin
- Leukocytes
- Platelets
To ensure capture of the Basic Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, and Complete Blood Count please check to see if any of the above show up for your site as missing components.
If any of the following show up on the tooltip after you click, then these concepts/components are missing from your submission. Please update to include, resubmit, and then check again in this tab. The dashboard will refresh 24 hours after the most recent submission.
